Our policies are to ensure that you are taken care of in a professional and timely manner. Our goal is to make every visit to Exclusively Faces Cosmetic Surgery a pleasant one.

Appointments Please call to schedule your appointment. Please plan to arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled treatment time.

Cancellations We require a minimum of 24 hours' notice for cancellation of treatments. A 50% charge of scheduled service(s) will apply for cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance and for missed appointments. A credit card is needed to hold your appointment.

Late Arrivals If you are late for your appointment, your time may be reduced in order to finish on time for the next scheduled appointment. The fee for your services will remain the same.

Consultations All consultations are complimentary. However, there is a $75 fee for missed appointments and/or for appointments cancelled less than 24 hours ahead of time. A credit card is needed to hold your appointment.

Gift Certificates Gift certificates are the perfect gift and can be purchased in any denomination or from our wide selection of services. Gift Certificates are not refundable and are valid for one year from date of purchase.
