Julie is an RN with 15 years of nursing and operating room experience. She combines with her nursing expertise a personal interest in cosmetics and anti-aging therapies. As an expert in skin care she will assist our patients in developing an effective regimen. She brings enthusiasm to our practice as our Patient Care Coordinator. She is our office liaison,  directing patient care during and after the consultation process.

Julie follows and cares for the patient throughout their cosmetic experience. Her expertise lies in helping Dr. Karen to personalize each surgical package to fit the needs of that patient because there are never two plans exactly the same. She brings to our practice her vast knowledge and enthusiasm along with her unique background in the medical and skin care field ensuring our patients the ultimate in personal care. Her knowledge and compassion make our patients feel completely satisfied. . We are lucky to have her.

Frank D’Alessio joins the practice with a desire to make the patient experience special by capitalizing on his experience in taking care of individuals. Utilizing his candid and thoughtful approach to making people feel informed, comfortable and at ease, he will make the challenging process of choosing to have cosmetic work done much less daunting.

Frank has had an extensive career in the Hospitality industry.  He has worked for such internationally recognized corporations as; Hilton, Marriott, Brinker International, Park Place Entertainment (Caesars) /Harrah’s, Thomson CSF and Penn National Gaming. 

Frank brings with him a unique perspective on catering to the needs of our patients, quality, and client satisfaction.  He has managed small staffs, in an intimate environment, as well as, large organizations in a corporate setting.

Born in New York, Frank attended The University at Albany and Pace University. He has a varied background in accounting and has worked in a number of areas around the country. He has enjoyed his time learning about and understanding the different lifestyles in each locale.
